Originated from luxury hotel in Born ( Guest Services Manager , Housekeeping ), Jean- Michel LENOIR created Brittany Villa Stewardship in 2012 to build on its experience to the relaxation of its customers. Its principle : to become the man of confidence of second home owners in the area Dinan – Dinard – St Malo to take care of their property in their absence and prepare their stay.
Joined in 2014 by Sébastien DAVID , professional in the maintenance of pleasure boats and expert in development of business, the two men decided to pool their strengths and complementarities to create a major player in the stewardship of secondary home in Brittany. Sébastien decided to concentrate on the South Finistère sector and Morbihan.
Two years later, it’s the turn of Jean LECLERC to join the network to propose the services of Bretagne Villa Intendance on the Penthièvre coast. After 20 last years in the service of his customers in a big national brand, it is a return to basics for this native of Pléneuf Val André who wanted to take advantage of his experience in the service of the owners of second homes.
Since June 2019, Loïc HENRY joined the company and offer his services on Paimpol area.
May 2020, the Bretagne Villa Intendance network is joined by Erwan LE GARS. Taking care of gardens and villas «of the neighborhood» in CESU, Erwan decides to make its professional activity and to structure its approach through the network and the existing know-how. Erwan covers what is called «the Breton Riviera»: coastal area extending from La Forêt Fouesnant to Sainte Marine in southern Finistère.
In March 2021, Brittany Villa Intendance launches Périgord Villa Intendance!! Vincent SEILIEZ, a Bigouden having relocated to the Dordogne wishes to develop stewardship and concierge services around Saint-Yrieix-La-Perche. Agreeing the Breton network, he decided to launch his activity in connection with Bretagne Villa Intendance.
Today, Bretagne Villa Intendance became the 1st Breton network of guarding and estate management of secondary houses for the biggest satisfaction of their customers.
